RMKS/1. The purpose of this advisory is to announce, effective
immediately, REF A is the required version for requesting access to the
Defense Workload Operations Web System (DWOWS). All requests for
access to the DWOWS must be submitted using the May 2022 version of
the DD 2875 System Authorization Access Request (SAAR) form.
2. The updated DD 2875 (SAAR) form is available for immediate use.
3. All properly formatted and digitally signed DD Form 2875s must be
submitted to dfas.cleveland-oh.jfl.mbx.dwows@mail.mil in accordance
with Reference B.
4. Requests not in compliance with the updated DD 2875 May 2022 (SAAR)
Form will no longer be accepted.
